Restoring purchases
Open the Store from the gear menu and tap Restore Purchases. Apple ties the permanent items, meaning pillow designs and the ad-free purchase, to your Apple Account, so they come back on any device signed in to the same account. Token packs are consumable: they are spent when you spend them and are not restored.
Common questions
I bought tokens and they haven't arrived.
Apple sometimes holds a purchase for approval, and Ask to Buy always does. Reopen the game: anything Apple is still holding is delivered on launch. If it still hasn't landed, email me with the receipt Apple sent you and I will sort it out.
I got a new phone and my progress is gone.
Progress is stored on the device, so it moves with an iOS backup and not otherwise. If you restored the new phone from a backup of the old one, the save comes with it. Game Center achievements and your Survival leaderboard time follow your Apple Account rather than the device, so those are already waiting for you.
Online won't connect.
Online needs a working internet connection and creates an anonymous account the first time you open it. If it keeps failing, check that the device is not on a restricted network, then try again. Every match is settled by the server, so a match you were winning when the connection dropped is not lost silently: reopen the game and it finishes the settlement.
How do I change my online name?
On the Online screen, tap your name. Three to twenty-four characters.
What are hearts for?
Hearts are revives. Spend one when the floor fills up and you carry on with your score intact and the floor wiped: once per level attempt in the campaign, once per match online. You can catch them as they fall, claim a free one each day, or buy one with tokens.
A level is impossible.
The floor holds fewer messes the deeper you go, ten early on and three from level 71, so late levels are as much about cleaning as catching. Tapping clears a mess fastest; a slow pillow sweeps one away while it is still sliding. If a level is genuinely broken rather than hard, tell me which one.
I found a bug.
Please tell me. Device model, iOS version, what you were doing and what happened. Screenshots and screen recordings are very welcome.
